2.-A TV with Satellite system or something similar to check the local news and global news and maybe to watch a good movie.
3.-Wi-fi
4.-Coffe and Tea, Sodas or something on your room.
5.-If you're planing to work there, look for a good chair.
6.-A good place for ironing.
7.-A BIG and nice bathroom.
8.-If you'll be there for more than a couple of days be sure you have a plenty storage for your clothes.
9.-Good Room service.
10.-A nice View.
